Marina onboarding · Owner-controlled onboarding
A preparation path for claimed marinas whose current properties have been verified by the uDock.me Owner.
Check identity, location, contacts, capacity, access and services. The Owner approves the current details.
The Owner creates a practice workspace for the already-assigned managers. Build measured inventory and facilities; rehearse with authorized test participants.
The Owner compares property changes and reviews inventory and layout. Only the Owner can transfer the setup into a real listing without existing operational inventory.
The real listing retains its identity and URL. Test bookings, boats, team grants and booking settings do not transfer automatically. The practice workspace remains. Live requests stay disabled until the final operational check.
A separate Owner tool can copy a real customer’s confirmed test request as a new pending live request. It blocks synthetic boats, duplicate requests and allocation conflicts. The marina still has to approve it; the original test request remains.
Use your verified inventory to test vessel fit, shore-power requirements, nearby-facility preferences and candidate two-slip arrangements. Review the assistant’s reasoning alongside your calendar and check that outside reservations have been recorded.
When your setup is ready, enable live requests with your team. Recommendations help with allocation; your marina still approves each booking.
